Maintenance and Cleaning
Warning: To clean, unplug the appliance and wait until it is cold.
Never dip the appliance in water. Unplug it before cleaning.
The plancha base does not require any particular maintenance. Clean it with a soft damp sponge.
Cleaning the plate :

Once the appliance cooled down, remove the tray and the griddle plate following the instructions
mentioned below.
- Clean griddle plate and tray under hot water with a soft sponge and washing liquid. Do not use
detergents or scouring pads.
Detachable hot plate and tray can be placed in the dishwasher.
When you need to empty or clean the drip tray, check that the appliance is cold and has been unplugged.
