Cigar Oasis Wi-Fi - Manual

To set up email and text alerts, go to wifi.cigaroasis.com then click
Manage My Profile and check the Notifications Enabled. Add
phone number and emails in the Address Book.
IMPORTANT: The Wi-Fi Module updates one time per hour. If you
change the humidity setting from the computer or the App it will
update your Cigar Oasis at the regularly scheduled time.
You may move the Wi-Fi to work with a different Cigar Oasis and
as long as it is on the same network you may just plug it in. When
moving your Cigar Oasis Wi-Fi to a different wireless network,
follow the first part of the instructions so that the Wi-Fi can be
configured to the new router.

Included in the box:
Instructions Velcro (to securely attach Wi-Fi to humidor)
Wi-Fi Pack Ribbon Cable (for use with MAGNA)
When using Wi-Fi, the Cigar Oasis must be plugged in to an outlet.
Go to the App Store for your device and download the iOS or
Android Cigar Oasis App.
Remove the connector piece from your Cigar Oasis unit and
replace it with the Wi-Fi Pack.
ULTRA 2.0 users must completely power off the unit by pressing
the SUN button 6 times and use the UP & DOWN arrows until Pof
appears. Then press the SUN button to select and turn unit off.
For the MAGNA attach the ribbon cable to the Wi-Fi Pack and then
attach it to the MAGNA. The blue side of the ribbon cable should
face down when connecting to the Wi-Fi Pack and face up when
connecting to the MAGNA.
When the Wi-Fi is plugged in, your Next Generation Cigar Oasis is
turned on and your mobile device is nearby (you may also use a
wireless computer for steps 4-10), use the following steps to set it
up:
1) Hold down the SUN & DOWN buttons simultaneously
until the menu changes to Snd
2) Press the UP arrow to see CFG (configure)
3) Press the SUN button once to send a configuration signal
4) On mobile device go to Settings then Wi-Fi and choose
the network that matches the MAC ID # on the back of
Wi-Fi Module and connect to that network.
5) Open browser and type in 192.168.1.1/gsclient.html
6) Click Wireless Network Configuration
7) Click Select an Existing network
8) Choose the correct network from the list and SELECT
9) Enter the network password and click NEXT
10) Click Save & Apply
11) Hold the SUN & DOWN buttons simultaneously to exit
the configuration mode.
This completes the first part of the Configuration. Re-connect to
your regular wireless network.
Use the following steps to complete the setup.
1) Use the Cigar Oasis App or on your computer go to
wifi.cigaroasis.com to create an account and login
2) Click Add New
3) Enter the MAC ID on the Wi-Fi or using the App on a
mobile device you may scan the barcode
4) Enter a nickname and location of the humidor
5) Click ADD
6) Press the SUN & DOWN arrow until Snd appears
7) Click the SUN button again to send out a signal for first
reading, be patient & don’t press again
8) When the reading is registered you will receive a Success
notification
If you do not receive a success notification in 5 minutes, exit
configuration mode by holding down the SUN & DOWN buttons
simultaneously then follow steps 2 – 8 again.
