LIGHT ON INDICATES CALL RECEIVED
EMERGENCY
TALK-A-PHONE
Affix ETP-SME Surface Mount Extension to wall or post using the four mounting holes.
Run conduit through bottom knockout and into ETP-SME.
Remove saddle bracket from surface mounting emergency phone (ETP-401 pictured). Store or discard as desired.
Align emergency phone inside Surface Mount Extension and screw in place with original screws.
