- Insert the documents FACE DOWN.
- Press the MONITOR button or lift the handset.
- Dial the phone number.

- Press the PLAYBACK/PAUSE button to play back the tape to the end of the messages you want to save.

- Speak toward the microphone from approximately 20 cm (8 inches) away.
