- Set SELECTOR to TUNER.
- Set SELECTOR to CD.
- Set SELECTOR to TAPE/ QQ.
- Set SELECTOR to TAPE/ 033.
- Press VOLUME to adjust the volume to the desired level.
- Press POWER BLASTER.
- To cancel power blaster function
- Turn down the volume and connect the headphones to the PHONES jack.
- Press PRESET EQ to select desired sound quality.
- To cancel the mode:
- Press BAND to select “FM” or “AM”.
- Press h«/- or P^/+ to select the desired broadcast.
- Press MEMORY.

- Press PRESET TUNE V or A to select the preset channel.

- Set the SELECTOR to TUNER on the main unit. Press BAND to select “FM” or “AM”.
- Press TUNING — or + to tune in the broadcast station.

- Set SELECTOR to TAPE/0B.
- Press M/± STOP/EJECT, and insert the tape to be played.
- Press ► PLAY to start play.
- Press REW/REV or ►► FF/CUE in the stop mode.
