PD/CD Disk Cleaning Kit

DRIVE/DISKS
When used for an extended period of time, the drive’s lens and the surfaces of optical disks may
become dusty and fail to operate as designed. To avoid this, use of the optional cleaning kit is
recommended to clean the lens and disks regularly.
CD/CD-ROM DISCS
• If a disc is dirty, wipe it with a soft cloth moistened with water and remove any remaining moisture
with a dry cloth. Be sure to wipe the disc from its center towards its edge.
• If condensation has formed on a disc because it has suddenly been brought into a warm room, etc.,
wipe it off using a soft dry cloth.
