4 Focus the subject.
¡ Press the shutter button halfway.
s The exposure setting will be
displayed on the LCD panel and in
the viewfinder.
¡ The exposure level icon <
h> shows
you how far you are from the standard
exposure level.
5 Set the exposure.
¡ Check the exposure level and set the
desired shutter speed and aperture
value.
6 Take the picture.

Standard exposure index
: Standard exposure level.
: To set it to the standard
exposure level, set a
slower shutter speed or a
larger aperture opening.
: To set it to the standard
exposure level, set a
faster shutter speed or a
smaller aperture opening.
If the exposure level mark <
h> blinks at the <G> or <F> level, it indicates
that the exposure level exceeds the standard exposure by ±2 stops.
