Use a ruler and carefully cut the covering 1/8 inch (3 mm)
inside the line drawn on the stabilizer to remove the covering
from the center of the stabilizer. Remove the top and bottom
covering. Use care not to cut into the underlying wood,
weakening the stabilizer.
Schneiden Sie 3 mm hinter der Linie auf der Innenseite
vorsichtig die Folie ein und entfernen diese vom Mittelstück
oben und und unten. Bitte achten Sie darauf nicht in das
Holz zu schneiden und damit das Ruder zu schwächen.
Utilisez une règle et couper soigneusement le revêtement
à 1/8 inch (3 mm) à l’intérieur de la ligne tracée sur le
stabilisateur pour enlever le revêtement au milieu du
stabilisateur. Enlever le revêtement sur le dessus et sur
le dessous. Prendre soin de ne pas tailler dans le bois
subjacent, ce qui affaiblirait le stabilisateur.
Usare un righello per tagliare accuratamente il
rivestimento dello stabilizzatore di 3 mm più interno
rispetto alle righe fatte prima, per poi toglierlo dall’interno
dello stabilizzatore. Togliere il rivestimento superiore e
inferiore. Nel tagliare fare attenzione a non incidere troppo
il legno per non indebolire lo stabilizzatore.

Apply epoxy to the top and bottom of the exposed wood of the
stabilizer.
Streichen Sie Ober- und Unterseite des freigelegten Holzes
mit Epoxi ein.
Appliquer de l’époxy sur le dessus et le dessous du bois
exposée du stabilisateur.
Applicare un po’ di colla epoxy sopra e sotto lo stabilizzatore,
sul legno appena scoperto.

Make sure to use enough epoxy to securely glue the stabilizer
to the fuselage. Use a paper towel and rubbing alcohol to
remove excess epoxy from the fuselage and stabilizer.
Stellen Sie sicher, dass Sie ausreichend Epoxi zur Verklebung
verwenden. Nutzen Sie Papiertücher und Reinigungsalkohol
um überschüssigen Kleber zu entfernen.
S’assurer d’utiliser suffi samment d’époxy pour coller
solidement le stabilisateur au fuselage. Utiliser du papier
absorbant et de l’alcool isopropylique pour enlever l’excès
d’époxy se trouvant sur le fuselage et le stabilisateur.
Accertarsi di usare abbastanza colla per fi ssare con
sicurezza lo stabilizzatore alla fusoliera. Usare un fazzoletto
di carta e alcool per togliere la colla in eccesso dalla
fusoliera e dallo stabilizzatore prima che indurisca.

Follow the procedure outline in the rudder installation to
secure the hinges in the right elevator to the stabilizer. Make
sure the epoxy has fully cured before proceeding. Make sure
to match the hinge gap to the pre-hinged elevator so all
hinge gaps are equal.
Folgen Sie bei der Montage der rechten Höhenruderfl osse
dem gleichen Weg wie bei der Montage des Seitenruders.
Warten Sie bis der Klebstoff vollständig getrocknet ist
bevor Sie weitermachen. Bitte achten Sie auch darauf,
dass das Ruder in den Scharnieröffnungen sitzt und der
Scharnierspalt auf beiden Seiten gleich.
Suivez une procédure identique à celle de l’installation de la
dérive pour installer les gouvernes de profondeur. Assurez-
vous d’avoir un écart identique entre la gouverne et le
stabilisateur sur toute la longueur de l’articulation.
Seguire la procedura indicata nell’installazione del
timone per fi ssare le cerniere tra l’elevatore destro e lo
stabilizzatore. Prima di procedere accertarsi che la colla
epoxy sia asciutta. Far coincidere la distanza delle cerniere
con quelle preinstallate sull’elevatore in modo che siano
tutte uguali.
