Slide the spinner back plate on the motor shaft.
Temporarily attach the propeller to hold the back plate in
position. Set the cowl so there is a small gap between the
back plate and cowl.
Schieben Sie die Spinnerrückplatte auf die Motorwelle.

Platte in Position bleibt. Passen Sie die Motorhaube

Faire glisser le fl asque arrière du cône sur l’arbre moteur.
Mettre temporairement l’hélice en place pour maintenir le
fl asque arrière en position. Positionnez le capot de façon à ce
qu’il y ait un petit espace entre la plaque arrière et le capot.
Inserire il piattello dell’ogiva sull’albero motore. Inserire
provvisoriamente l’elica per tenere il piattello in posizione.
Regolare la capottina in modo che ci sia un po’ di spazio tra
di essa e il piattello dell’ogiva.

Use a drill and 5/64-inch (2 mm) drill bit to drill the holes
for the cowl mounting screws. Make sure the cowl position is
correct before drilling each hole.
Bohren Sie mit einem 2 mm Bohrer die Befestigungslöcher für
die Motorhaube. Bitte achten Sie darauf dass die Motorhaube
korrekt positioniert ist, bevor Sie die Löcher bohren.
Utiliser une mini-perceuse et un foret 2 mm pour percer
les trous pour les vis de montage du capot. S’assurer de la
position correcte du capot avant de percer chacun des trous.
Usare un trapanino con punta da 2 mm per fare i fori per le
viti di fi ssaggio della capottina. Prima di forare accertarsi
che la capottina sia nella giusta posizione.
Î We recommend drilling, then installing, the screws
as each hole is prepared. This will keep the cowl in
position as you progress with drilling each hole.

Remove the screws and cowling from the fuselage.
Apply a few drops of thin CA in each hole to harden the
surrounding threads.
Entfernen Sie die Schrauben und Motorhaube vom Rumpf.
Geben Sie ein paar Tropfen dünnfl üssigen Sekundenkleber in
jedes Loch um die Gewinde zu härten.
Retirez les vis et le capot du fuselage. Appliquez quelques
gouttes de colle CA fi ne dans chaque trou afi n de renforcer
les fi lets taillés dans le bois.
Togliere le viti e la capottina dalla fusoliera. Mettere poche
gocce di colla CA nei fori per indurire la fi lettatura.

Place the muffl er in the cowling before placing the cowl
on the fuselage. Use a thin layer of high-temperature RTV
silicone to attach the muffl er gasket to the muffl er. Allow the
adhesive 15 minutes to cure before installing the cowl.
Setzen Sie den Schalldämpfer in die Motorhaube bevor
Sie diesen auf den Rumpf aufsetzen. Befestigen Sie die
Krümmerdichtung mit einer dünnen Lage RTV Silikon.
Lassen Sie den Kleber 15 Minuten aushärten bevor Sie die
Motorhaube aufsetzen.
Placez le silencieux dans le capot avant de le fi xer au fuselage.
Utilisez une fi ne couche de pâte à joint silicone haute
température pour fi xer le joint au silencieux. Laissez sécher la
pâte à joint durant 15 minutes avant d’installer le capot.
Mettere il silenziatore nella capottina prima di piazzarla
sulla fusoliera. Usare un sottile strato di silicone RTV per
alte temperature per fi ssare la guarnizione al silenziatore.
Attendere 15 minuti che l’adesivo si asciughi prima di
installare la capottina.
