Assembly Instructions
STEP B
1. Turn the deck over onto its
casters and insert the handle
into the sockets.
2. Thread the 3/8-16 jam nut
onto the 3/8-16 x 1" hex head
cap screw. There are two
of each.
3. Thread the hex head cap
screws into the nut welded to
each socket. Tighten securely
with 3/8" Socket Wrench.
4. Adjust the jam nut so that
the hex head cap screw
can be tightened securely.
(Requires a 9/16" socket or
end wrench.) Run the jam
nut tight to the welded nut.
(Requires a 9/16" end wrench.)

30" x 60" Model
STEP A
1. Place deck upside down
on a table or floor.
2. Fit socket stiffeners
into groove. Note: A nut
is welded to each socket.
Face the nuts toward the
middle of the deck.
3. Place the swivel
casters on the deck, at
the socket end.
4. Place the rigid casters
at the opposite end.
5. The top plate of each
caster is centered over
the stiffener tube and lined
up with the four lag
shields already pressed
into the deck.
6. Place a split lock washer
over each lag screw.
7. Place a lag screw and
torque down through
the slot in each caster.
(Requires a 9/16"
end wrench.)
Four screws required per
caster. Apply even amount
of torque to each screw.
