- the diameter of the objective: it is in millimeters. As a general rule, the bigger is the
objective, the more there is light and as a consequence, the more luminous is the picture.
Diasdantage of a big objective is that the binoculars are heavier and bigger.

- the field of sight: the unit is meter and goes up to 1000 meter. For instance, a field of 87 m to
1000 m. This corresponds to the actual field that you can look at in binoculars and shows the
width in meter of the panoramic view that you can watch at a distance from 1000 m. Note that
the weakest the enlargment is, the larger is the field of sight, and the contrary goes: the
stronger is the enlargment, the narrower the field is.

FEATURES
Enlargement: 8x
Diameter of the objective: 40 mm
Field of view: 128 m to 1000 m
With these binoculars, you can get closer 8 times to the subject you are looking at. The
diameter of the objective is 40 mm. At a distance from 1000 m, the sight you are looking at
measure 128 m.

SETTINGS
Adjustement of the interpupillary distance : it is the distance between your eyes. It varies from
one person to another. To achieve the perfect alignement of lens to eye, hold your binoculars
in the normal viewing position, then grasp the barrel firmly. Move the barrels closer together
until you see a single circular field.

Diopter setting : the diopter setting compensates the difference of the sight of both eyes.
- Close your right eye and sight an object with your left eye. Focus the binoculars by rotating
the centre locul wheel until the image is sharp and clear.
- Open your right eye and close your left eye. Rotate the right eyepiece until the object sighted
is sharp and clear.
- Both eyes are now in focus and you will need to use the centre focuswheel to focus on any
object.

The three key parameters of binoculars are:

- the enlagrmeent factor (8x40): it corresponds to the size of an object seen with naked eye and
the size of an onject looked at with binoculars, it shows the size degree with the object
targeted.
For instance, an object looked at with binoculars with an enlargeemnt factor of 8 will look 8
times bigger than with the naked eye. This means that with binoculars ab object standing 100 m
far will seem to be at 8 m away.

(Objektlinsen) in mm an.
gesehene Bild heller erscheinen.

stellen Sie Ihr Ziel scharf.
