Change the Sort Order setting

3. Tap one of the following:
● Call Back via PBX — your office telephone system will initiate a conference call
between a Send Calls destination and the number you are calling. This is the most
economical way to make a call.
● Call Back via Mobile — calls are placed through your mobile carrier.
A tick indicates your selection.
4. Tap Setup to return to the Setup screen.
The new Call Back setting appears.
Change the Sort Order setting
You can base the results of any Avaya one-X Mobile search activity on either the first name or
last name of the person you are searching for.
To change the Sort Order of the search activity results:
1. On the Avaya one-X Mobile Home screen, tap .
The current Sort Order setting is displayed on the Setup screen.
2. Tap Sort Order.
3. Tap one of the following:
● First Name — search results will be sorted alphabetically by first name.
● Last Name — search results will be sorted alphabetically by last name.
4. Tap Setup to return to the Setup screen.
The new Sort Order setting appears.
Change the Call Back Delay setting
You may need to increase the Call Back Delay if your iPhone does not ring during a Call Back.
To change the Call Back Delay:
1. On the Avaya one-X Mobile Home screen, tap .
The current Call Back Delay setting is displayed on the Setup screen.
2. Tap Call Back Delay.
3. Tap the text field to bring up the keyboard.
