Method
CC With wrong sides together fold waistband in half
lengthwise and press.
Then unfold and serge ends together.
(T) Wrong side
Fold waistband again (with wrong sides together) and
serge it to the garment, leaving a 1" to 2" (2.5 to 5 cm)
opening for inserting elastic.
d) Right side
Insert elastic and sew its ends together.

Serge remainder of waistband to garment. Turn
waistband up and press seam down.
