clip that adjusts the air flow to produce a blue flame.

With all grill and gas connections in the full OFF

blue flame. For LP gas grills the Air Shutter ideally

you years of enjoyment.

Questiotc What can cause grill parts to rust and what
affect does it have on the grill materials.

Answer: Rusting is a natural oxidation process and

may appear on cast-iron burners, optional cast iron

accessories and steel cart parts. Because your grill is

manufactured with heavy gauge steel, rust will not affect

the shortterm performance of your grill or affect the taste
ofyourfbocfe. The manufacturer can not warranty

against rust unless the components are completely
rusted through.

To protectagainstthe natural rusting process, your grill

has ponedahi and / or powder coated finishes. However,

dropping, scraping or scratching these items will
damage the finish and allow rusting. To minimize

damage that can lead to rusting we recommend you
cover yourgas grill when not in use. and "season" any
cast-iron accessories regularly efore and after each
use. Consistent seasoning will help cast-iron resist
rusting andwill create a non-stick cooking surface.

flowing through the regulator. A low volume of noise is

perfectly norm?'' ■^d will not interfere with the opera

tions of the grill .«umming noise is loud and exces
sive you may need to purge air from the gas line or
