BLENDER TIPS AND TiCHNIQüES
Cut Iruit into about 3/4-tnch long pieces
To best circulate foods or frul! that are to be bfended with liquid, pour the liquid Into the
jar first, then add the solid foods or fruit.
Some tasks cannot be performed efficiently with a blender. These are: Beating egg whites,
whipping Cfsam, mashing potatoes, grinding meats, mixing dough, and extracting juices
from fruit and vegetables
The foliowing items should never faa placed in the blender jar. as they cart cause damage:
Bones, large pieces of solid frozen foods, or danse, tough foods such as turnips..
To crush ice, ALWAYS have liquid In Ihs |ar, Start out with 2 cups of liquid, and add about
2 cups of ice cubes Hold one hand firmly on the lid. Pulse the ica Crush butters

1, Before cleaning, turn the control knob switch to OFF and unplug the blender
2, Rinse parts (jar. blade assembly, gaskel, collar, lid and measuring cup inner lid)
immediately alter blending tor easier cleanup
3 - All removable parts can be washed by hand or In a dishwasher The lid, measuring
cup, collar, gaskel and blade assembly should be placad in the top rack only
Disassemble belore placing in the dishwasher.The jars are bottom rack
dishwasher-safe Do not place the jar or any other parta in boiiing liquids
4. The motar/base Is designed to be resistant to liquids, if liquids spill Into tha molor/basa
• Unplug the moior/base
• Wipe with a damp doth and dry thoroughly
5. Do not USB abrasive scouring pads or cteaners on bass as finish may become
scrafched or damaged
