P-FLO AIR INTAKE KIT – PART #65.10.84
Fits: 2012-up VW Passat (B7) 2.0L TDI with engine code CKRA and European VW Golf MK6 2.0L TDI with 4-Pin MAF
PARTS LIST: TOOLS REQUIRED:
1 – INTAKE PIPE 1 – STAINLESS STEEEL P-FLO BRACKET 2 – M6 LOCK NUTS 1 – 90° SILICONE HOSE 1 – 5mm HEX KEY WRENCH 1 – 8mm NUT DRIVER 1 – T25 TORX
2 – #48 HOSE CLAMP 1 – NEUSPEED FILTER 1 – RUBBER ISOLATOR 1 – RUBBER GROMMET 1 – 7/16 OR 11MM WRENCH 1 – SPRING CLAMP PLIERS
1 – ACORN NUT 2 – M6 x 16mm CAP BOLTS 1 – WIRE HARNESS 1 – 10 MM WRENCH 1 – 4MM HEX KEY WRENCH
1. Lift up grey locking tab from Mass Air
Flow (MAF) sensor electrical connector.
2. Squeeze grey locking tab, then
disconnect from MAF.
3. Disconnect vacuum hose from air filter
box lid.
4. Disconnect air intake hose from MAF
using spring clamp pliers.
5. Unscrew all Philips screws around air
filter box lid and remove.
6. Disconnect hot air duct from back side
of air filer box.
7. Remove cover at intake duct.
8. Using a 5mm hex key wrench, unbolt
lower air filter box, located on back side.
9. Lift off lower air filter box from rubber
grommet mounts, then lift out left side
first and rotate intake duct around small
coolant hose to remove.
10. Remove air intake duct at radiator
support (2) T25 Torx, one on each side.
11. Remove hot air ducting hose.
12. Remove MAF sensor from air box lid
using a T25 Torx.
13. Install and tighten rubber isolator into
threaded stand-off just in front of
battery.
