[1] Titanium Heat Shield

[3] M5x8mm SS Button Head Bolt

[1] 10MM Wrench

[1] 13MM Wrench

[2] Stainless Steel Hex Stand-Offs

[3] M5 SS Serrated Washer [1] 3mm Hex Key Wrench

[1] 13MM Socket

[1] Stainless Steel Support Bracket

[2] M6 SS Washer

[3] M5 Lock Washer

[1] Torque Wrench


1.

Using a 10mm wrench, remove turbo housing bolt.

2.

Mount supplied SS Support Bracket to turbo housing using
original bolt.

3.

Torque bolt to 20Nm (15ft-lbs.). Top surface should be
horizontal. Correct as necessary.

4.

Install Hex Stand-offs with 6MM SS washers (washers not
shown) into threaded ears on cylinder head.

5.

Tighten using a 13mm wrench.

NOTE: Torque to 10 ft-lbs.

6.

Mount NM Titanium Heat Shield using M5x8mm SS button
head bolts and M5 SS serrated washers supplied, and then
tighten with 3mm hex key wrench. Installation is complete.
