Upper Module Packing Instructions
The packing accessories are:
i. (2) ATA approved flight cases;
ii. (2) Fabric
covers.
Each upper module flight case has four locking latches and it
provides space for:
i. (1) Upper module cabinet;
ii. (1) Aluminium isolating platform.
1. Remove the two connector posts from the upper module.
Place them aside for later instructions;
2. With the help of a second person, open and completely
remove the upper shell of the flight case. Then, bring the
bottom of the flight case next to the upper module
cabinet. Make sure to match the serial number of the
upper module with the flight case;
3. Cover the upper module with the supplied protective
fabric bag. The bottom elastic band should surround each
corner of the cabinet.
4. Insert one aluminium isolating platform at the bottom of
the flight case;
5. With the help of a second person, take the upper module
cabinet and carefully install it inside the flight case;
6. Repeat step 1 to 5 for the second module;
7. Place the two connector posts inside the plastic box
provided in the lower module flight case ;
8. With the help of a second person, carefully install the
flight case cover by matching the two black pop rivets
together. Locking the latches with tie wraps is highly
recommended;
9. The Sarastro’s upper modules are ready to be addressed
and shipped.
