Step 1: Remove the trim panel below the steering column and knee bolster (if equipped) behind
the trim panel.
Step 2: Locate the factory ignition harness located below the steering column and unplug.
Step 3: Plug the T-harness in between the factory ignition harness.
Step 4: Route the T-harness so that it does not interfere with any moving functions of the vehicle.
Step 5: Test all functions of the vehicle to make sure that all operations work according to OEM
requirements.
Step 6: Plug in the Remote Starter/Alarm module to the T-harness.
Step 7: Test all functions of the Remote Starter/Alarm module and then secure the module into
place with nylon tie straps.
Step 8: Replace all panels in reverse order of removal.
