Assembly Instructions
Double-Wall ® Air Cylinder
Mounting Kit Assembly Instructions
MFFA- , MFFS- , MFRA- , MFRS-
Front Flange Mounting Kits
1) Remove 4 plate screws and the retaining plate from the front of the cylinder.
2) For 1-1/2", 2", and 2-1/2" bore sizes only; install plastic spacer into the front of the cylinder.
3) Install the flange mounting plate onto the front of the cylinder in place of the retaining plate.
4) Install 4 plate screws onto the front of the cylinder.
5) For 3-1/4" and 4" bore sizes only; install plastic spacer into the rear of the cylinder.
6) Install the retaining plate onto the rear of the cylinder.
7) Install 4 plate screws onto the rear of the cylinder.

Rear Flange Mounting Kits
1) Install plastic spacer into the rear of the cylinder.
2) Install the flange mounting plate onto the rear of the cylinder.
3) Install 4 plate screws onto the rear of the cylinder.
Bore Size Screw Size Torque: In-Lb (Ft-Lb)
1-1/2", 2" #6-32 20-25 (1.7-2.1)
2-1/2" #10-24 50-55 (4.2-4.6)
3-1/4", 4" 5/16-18 120-180 (10-15)
