BASIC INSTRUCTIONS TO BROWSE THE MENUS

5.1

Browsing the menus: Functions of the keys

The Computer plus system has four dynamic keys, marked

F1

F2

F3

and

F4

. Dynamic means that the

functions of these keys is not always the same, because it changes on each screen. The function of each
key is shown on the lower line of the corresponding screen. For example, on the screens on Fig. 10 and 11,
the functions of the keys correspond to the indications on the boxes on the lower part of the screen.

In general, you can return to the main menu from any screen, by pressing the

F1

key until the screen shown

on Fig. 12 is displayed.

5.2

Main menu and default menu

Normally, when you power the device it performs an initial test and during this time it shows the start screen
(Fig. 9). After 5 seconds, it will show an information screen (Fig. 10) with the model, software version,
language, date and time and serial number.

After 5 seconds showing the information screen, the unit will display the

default screen by default in the

STOP mode

(Fig. 11). If the unit is in the

RUN MODE

, the Fig.12 displayed on screen will be displayed,

indicating the kvar connected in each phase.

ATTENTION: If the unit has not been set-up, and the screen shown on Fig. 12, is displayed set the unit in
the STOP mode
(press the Stop) key and return to the screen shown on Fig.10. Next, check the settings,
following some of the procedures described in Section 7
.
