The front cover does not open

Check if the printer is installed in a flat

Please check if there is hindrance for
opening the front door

clean it up as Chapter 6. “Routine

Thermal Printing Head, it may be caused by
loosing of Thermal Printing Head. Please

Cut off the folded paper or printed section by
scissors. When the paper is folded inside of the
printer, pull it out gently and slowly.
