be transmitted to the recipient as DTMF tone in a communication. If the function not
actuated, the functions such as to dial an extension number cannot be realized. Click
the menu to turn on or off DTMF.
· Message alert: If On is set for the function, the handset will give of alert tone when
receiving a message.
· Any key answer: This function allows you to answer a call by pressing any key
(excluded the on-hook key, the right-soft key, etc).
7.6 Settings
Phone settings: In this menu, you can preset the options of the handset, i.e. the language, menu style, main screen,
keypad lamp, etc.:
· Language: You have two choice of the language type to be displayed in your
handset.
· Menu style: There are two kinds of different menu styles for your choice.
· Backlight level: You can adjust the brilliance of the backlight lamp as you like.
· Screen contrast: You can adjust the white-black contrast of the screen as you like.
· Keypad light: To turn the keypad lamp on or off.
