1) Corresponds to the EPSON Status Monitor

printer driver.
Old: Driver install -> Test print -> Utility install
New: Driver install -> Utility install -> Test print
4) Spec change of method to create the IPP port.
Old: The IPP port is checked when the IPP port is
created.
New: The IPP port is not checked when the IPP port is
created.
5) Corresponds to the new type of INF file.
