either by itself (Press) or when used in
combination with the command dials
(Press + command dials). The options
available are the same as for Assign Fn
button (
0 92). The default options for
Press and Press + command dials are
Preview and None, respectively.
Choose the role played by the A AE-L/AF-L
button, either by itself (Press) or when
used in combination with the command
dials (Press + command dials).

AE/AF lock
Focus and exposure lock while the A AE-L/AF-L
button is pressed.
C
AE lock only
Exposure locks while the A AE-L/AF-L button is
pressed.
E
AE lock (Hold)
Exposure locks when the A AE-L/AF-L button is
pressed, and remains locked until the button is
pressed a second time or the standby timer
expires.
