Headphones
from Excalibur Electronics, Inc. You will enjoy hours of great
music with this innovative headphone set. The retractable mechanism
makes them easy to carry around without long, annoying cords. They are
compatible with iPod, MP3 players, MiniDISC players and portable media
players. Your Retractable Headphones are easy to use, but be sure to use
them safely. Before starting, please read this manual thoroughly, especially
noting safety and care. Keep this manual for reference. This package
includes one pair of SOUNDMASTER™ Retractable Headphones and
User’s Guide.

• Avoid rough handling such as bumping or dropping.

• Avoid extreme temperatures. For best results, use between 39° F and 120° F
(4° C and 38° C).

• Clean using only a slightly damp cloth. Do not use cleaners with harsh
chemical agents or detergents.

• To avoid damaging the unit, never place it near radiators, in front of heating
vents, in direct sunlight, or near water.

Introduction

Plug your retractable headphones into the headphone socket of your audio
device. Insert the earpieces into your ears. Follow the instructions of your audio
device to adjust the volume or sound.

Enjoy crisp, high-quality stereo sound plus innovative design with the
SOUNDMASTER™ Retractable Headphones. Simply pull the corded
headphones and stereo mini-plug from the spool to extend its length for a
custom, tangle-free fit. You can also attach the spool to your shirt, pocket or
purse via the built-in utility clip. The headphones are compatible with most
audio devices including MP3 players, CD/DVD players, desktop computers,
laptops, gaming devices and more.

OPERATION MANUAL

EXCALIBUR ELECTRONICS, INC., warrants to the original consumer that its products are free
from any electrical or mechanical defects for a period of 90 DAYS from the date of purchase. If
any such defect is discovered within the warranty period, EXCALIBUR ELECTRONICS, INC., will
repair or replace the unit free of charge upon receipt of the unit, shipped postage prepaid and
insured to the factory address below. The warranty covers normal consumer use and does not
cover damage that occurs in shipment or failure that results from alterations, accident, misuse,
abuse, neglect, wear and tear, inadequate maintenance, commercial use, or unreasonable use
of the unit. Removal of the top panel voids all warranties. This warranty does not cover cost of
repairs made or attempted outside of the factory. Any applicable implied warranties, including
warranties of merchantability and fitness, are hereby limited to 90 DAYS from the date of
purchase. Consequential or incidental damages resulting from a breach of any applicable
express or implied warranties are hereby excluded. Some states do not allow limitations on the
duration of implied warranties and do not allow exclusion of incidental or consequential
damages, so the above limitations and exclusions in these instances may not apply. The only

Ship the unit carefully packed, preferably in the original carton, and send it prepaid, and
adequately insured. Include a letter detailing the complaint, along with your daytime
telephone number, inside the shipping carton. If your warranty has expired and you want an
estimated fee for service, write to the above address, specifying the model and the problem.
