Component List:
1 Tent

2 Tent Poles

1 Carry Bag

1 Stake Bag W/Stakes

1 Rain Fly

4 Brim Rods

1 Pole Bag

6 Pull Out Cords

1 Sewn-In Gear Loft

1 Divider

NOTE:

Although it is possible to pitch this tent alone, it

is faster and easier with two people.
• Do not drop tent bag or pole bag on its end. Do
not bounce tent bag on its end to get the tent out.
These actions may cut the shock-cord and/or
damage the pole ends.
• The tent clip webbing is now color coded for
even easier set-up. Just slide one pole through one
color.

1. Unroll and unfold the tent on the ground. Separate
the rest of the components and place to one side.
Open the door before pitching the tent. Do not stake
the tent down (however, in windy conditions, stake
down one corner that faces into the wind).

2. Assemble both of the shock-corded tent poles.
Keep the pole sections from snapping together, as
this can damage the ends.
Note: Make certain each plain end has been
properly seated into the metal ferrule.

3. Insert the assembled pole through both sleeves
from

A to B. Insert the second pole through the

sleeves from

C to D, forming an X across the tent.

See Fig.1

4. At

A, insert the tent corner pin into the end of the tent pole ferrule.

At

B, grasp the tent corner pin in one hand, the tent pole in the other.

Arch the pole to raise the tent and place the pin into the end of the
pole. Repeat this with the second pole from

C to D.

See Fig.2 and 3.

5. Start at the bottom and attach all the clips to

the poles to create a freestanding tent. Place it in
the desired location. See Fig.4 and 5.

6.. Stake the tent down through the corner

rings. Stake the opposite corners while

applying tension to smooth the floor wrinkles.

See fig 6.

Important: In strong winds, tie extra guy out
cords (not provided) to the storm loops on
the fly. Stake these out securely.

7. Drape the fly over the tent

so that the brim rod sleeves

are above the doors and

windows and the vestibule is

over the front door. Slide the

brim rods into the sleeves.

See fig 7.

10. Reach under the fly and insert the brim rod

tips into web grommets to tension the rod and

create an arch over the door. Repeat over the

remaining door and windows. See fig 10.
11. Pull out and stake down the two front loops

of the fly vestibule. See fig 11.

8. Reach under the fly

and wrap the hook and

loop straps around the

poles to secure the fly

to the tent frame.

See fig 8.
9. Fasten the shock

corded J-hook, at each

of the corners of the

fly, to the stake out

rings on corners of the

tent. See fig 9.

Your tent is now ready for use.
