positions.
Check fuel.
Remove and
inspect spark
plug.
Take engine to
an authorized

servicing
dealer, or refer
to shop
manual.
Check air filter.
Check fuel.
Take engine to

servicing
dealer, or refer
to shop
manual.
Filter element(s)
restricted.
Bad fuel; engine

Gap or replace
spark plug (p. 8).
Dry and reinstall
spark plug. Start
engine with
throttle lever in
MAX. position.
Replace or repair
faulty components
as necessary.
