Select the next position of the title character using the
+ or menu controls, then repeat steps 2 and 3 until
your camera title is complete.

Select RETURN and press MENU to accept your
changes and return to the main SETUP MENU.

To set the lens mode, back light compensation and black
mask:

EE MODE:

ELC MODE

AUTO
MANUAL

For a manual (fixed) lens:

AUTO: Iris operates electronic
exposure automatically.

MANUAL: Adjust the iris by
changing the high shutter speed
manually.

EE MODE:

ALC MODE

VSD
LENS

DC LENS

For an automatic iris lens:

VSD: Select for video-type lens.

DC LENS: Select for direct drive-
type lens. Adjust the LEVEL until the
image is neither too bright nor too
dark.

BLC MODE
(Backlight
Compensation)

OFF
LOW BL
MID. BL
HIGH BL

Prevents the object in the center of
the image from darkening (silhouette
effect) when there is excessive light
from behind.

RETURN

Press MENU to return to the SETUP
MENU.
