- I Plug in the power cord.
- Insert the key fully into the console.
- Select the MANUAL mode.
- Press the START/ENTER button or the SPEED “+■’ button to start the walking belt.
- Change the incline of the treadmill if desired.
- I Follow your progress with the four displays.

- Plug in the power cord.

- When the program is completed, remove the key from the console.
