    • SAFETY SECTION
    • 1. Carefully read the Operator’s Manual, completely understand the Safety Messages and instructions, and know how to operate correctly both the tractor and implement.
    • 2. Fill out the Warranty Card in full. Be sure to answer all questions, including the Serial Number of the implement. Mail within 30 days of delivery date of this implement.
    • 3. Record the Loader Model and Serial Numbers on the Warranty page. Keep this as part of the permanent maintenance file for the implement

  • Installing Left and Right Midmounting Brackets
    • 1. Unfasten valve mount from right side of tractor frame and remove spacer.
    • 2. Lift right and midmounting bracket (1) with overhead hoist. Fasten right midmounting bracket and valve mount (1) to tractor casting and front axle housing using HHCS M16 x 40 (7) and M16 lockwashers (10).
    • 3. Raise lift midmounting bracket (2) with overhead hoist. Fasten left midmounting bracket (2) to tractor casting and front axle housing using HHCS M16 x 40 (7) and M16 lockwashers (10).
    • 4. Attach back axle bar (3) to bottom of uprights and to the back of axle of the tractor. Repeat on the other side.
    • Installing Grille Guard
      • 1. Position grille guard (4) on front of tractor.
      • 2. Secure with Hex bolts M14 X 25 MM (5) and M14 Lockwashers (6).
      • 3. Torque bolts after all have been installed using General Torque Specifications (See Torque for Fasteners in Maintenance Section).
  • Plumbing Loader
    • 1. Connect hoses to the adapter fittings, starting from the bottom tub.
    • 2. Install dust caps onto the free end of the hoses, making sure that the color codes in the Chart below.
    • 3. Install male quick couplers onto the valve.
  • Mounting Loader to Tractor
    • 1. Secure a hoist strap around loader upper boom arms and slowly raise loader with overhead hoist until loader uprights are slightly higher than mounts on the tractor. Make sure loader is centered with the tractor.
    • 2. Start tractor, release brakes, and drive tractor forward until mounts are touching. Engage brakes and shut off tractor.
    • 3. With overhead hoist, lower loader until loader upright mounted are seated in saddle of tractor mounts. Connect hydraulic hoses to correct ports. See Chart below.
    • 4. Start tractor and extend lift cylinders, rotating the loader upright until the lower connector pin holes line up with holes in tractor mount. Shut off tractor and engage brakes. Insert both lower connection pins and safety lynch pins.
  • Attaching Bucket to Loader
    • 1. Locate tractor and bucket on level ground. Lower boom to the ground and extend the bucket cylinders slightly while raising the boom to provide 3” to 5” of ground clearance. Drive tractor forward to the bucket, aligning the loader’s quick att...
    • 2. While driving forward slowly to maintain contact with the bucket, lift the bucket and tilt it back until the loader’s quick attach device is seated in the bucket pockets.
    • 3. Shut off tractor engine, set park brake. Move the bucket latching handles on the loader’s quick attach device down to the LATCH position.
    • 4. Start the tractor and activate lift cylinders to raise bucket one or two feet. Tilt the bucket downward so that the latching mechanism is visible and inspect to make sure the pins are engaged through the latch plate on the back of the bucket. Lowe...
    • 5. Before finally tightening all mounting hardware, retract the bucket so the bottom is level with the ground and lower the bucket to the ground to apply downward pressure until the load is taken off the tractor’s front tires.
    • 6. Tighten all remaining hardware to the torque level shown in the General Torque Specification Chart at the end of this document.
  • Connecting Quick Attach Device (Optional)
    • Attaching Quick Attach and Bucket to Loader
      • 1. Insure bucket is on firm and level ground. Remove pins (13) and retaining hardware (14, 15 & 16) from quick attach.
      • 2. Align boom pivot with bottom hole or quick attach secure with pin and retaining hardware.
      • 3. Align 3-bar linkage bushing with bucket cylinder bushing and secure with pin and retaining hardware
      • 1. Be sure both quick hitch pin levers are in the unlocked position, with the levers pointing up. Tilt the loader quick hitch forward, drive the loader into the attachment bracket and engage top of the quick hitch into the top of the attachment bracket.
      • 2. Raise the loader slightly and rotate the top of the quick hitch back toward the operator until the bottom of the attachment is seated firmly in the bottom of the quick hitch.

      • 4. Raise the loader and attachment to shoulder height. By standing at the side of the loader, inspect the connection between the quick hitch and attachment.

  • Lubrication Schedule
  • Daily Maintenance
    • 1. Check fluid level of tractor hydraulic system before starting each day’s operation. If necessary, add hydraulic oil as recommended in your tractor operator’s manual.
    • 2. After every four hours of operation, lubricate all sixteen grease fittings
    • 3. After every ten hours of operation, check all hardware and tighten where required.
    • 4. Replace hoses immediately if they are damaged by a cut or scrape, extruded at the fittings or leaking. Hydraulic oil leaks should be repaired promptly to avoid loss of oil and serious personal injury from escaping oil.
  • Storage
    • 1. Store loader with attachment securely attached.
    • 2. Place dust caps on hydraulic quick couplers.
    • 3. Do not remove attachment from stored loader.
    • 4. Do not allow children to play on or around loader.

  • 1.02. Manufacturer will replace for the Purchaser any part or parts found, upon examination at one of its factories, to be defective under normal use and service due to defects in material or workmanship.

  • 1.04. Except as provided herein, no employee, agent, Dealer, or other person is authorized to give any warranties of any nature on behalf of Manufacturer.
  • 2. REMEDIES AND PROCEDURES.
  • 2.01. This limited warranty is not effective unless the Purchaser returns the Registration and Warranty Form to Manufacturer within 30 days of purchase.
  • 2.02. Purchaser claims must be made in writing to the Authorized Dealer (“Dealer”) from whom Purchaser purchased the goods or an approved Authorized Dealer (“Dealer”) within 30 days after Purchaser learns of the facts on which the claim is based
  • 2.03. Purchaser is responsible for returning the goods in question to the Dealer.
  • 2.04. If after examining the goods and/or parts in question, Manufacturer finds them to be defective under normal use and service due to defects in material or workmanship, Manufacturer will:
    • (a) Repair or replace the defective goods or part(s) or
    • (b) Reimburse Purchaser for the cost of the part(s) and reasonable labor charges (as determined by Manufacturer) if Purchaser paid for the repair and/or replacement prior to the final determination of applicability of the warranty by Manufacturer.

  • 3. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.

  • 3.04. NO ACTION ARISING OUT OF ANY CLAIMED BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY OR TRANSACTIONS UNDER THIS WARRANTY MAY BE BROUGHT MORE THAN TWO (2) YEARS AFTER THE CAUSE OF ACTION HAS OCCURRED.
  • 4. MISCELLANEOUS.
  • 4.01. Proper Venue for any lawsuits arising from or related to this limited warranty shall be only in Guadalupe County, Texas.
  • 4.02. Manufacturer may waive compliance with any of the terms of this limited warranty, but no waiver of any terms shall be deemed to be a waiver of any other term.
  • 4.03. If any provision of this limited warranty shall violate any applicable law and is held to be unenforceable, then the invalidity of such provision shall not invalidate any other provisions herein.
  • 4.04. Applicable law may provide rights and benefits to purchaser in addition to those provided herein.
