configure router rip interface
This command enables RIP for an interface.
The interface is identified by the interface name. Use ethernet0 for Ethernet 0 and ethernet1 for Ethernet 1. WAN
interfaces are identified by bundle names. If no other RIP interface command is given, then the interface is
configured with default RIP parameters.
Parameter Description
syntax:
[ no ] configure router rip interface < name > [ dlci < n > ]
example:
Foundry-AR1208/configure/router/rip# interface ethernet0
This example configures the Ethernet 0 interface for RIP.

dlci PVC identifier; enter a number.
Use only for an encapsulated fr bundle.
The range is 16 - 1022.
