configure router rip pacing
This command enables RIP updates sent from this router to be released to the network in a controlled manner to
avoid traffic bottlenecks.
When enabled, RIP updates from this router will be sent in several small intervals instead on one burst. This is
useful when the number of routes to be sent is large (more than 1000).
