PC Card Installations
Symbol supports two different install options for the LA-5030 PC Card in Windows 2000. Use the
adapter with the Symbol driver and recommended Symbol Wireless Networker 802.11 a/g
Configuration Utility for optimal feature availability.
Refer to
Installing the LA-5030 PC Card Driver and Configuration Utility in Windows 2000 on page 5-2 for
installation information.
Go to (http://www.symbol.com/services/downloads/wn_abg_drivers.html) and download the
driver and Symbol Wireless Networker 802.11 a/g Configuration Utility installer. Once
downloaded, extract the files to the computer hard drive. If Internet access is unavailable,
contact a Symbol sales representative for a CD.
