Connect to a Website using a Bookmark
Once you have bookmarks set up on your phone, you can
connect to the website directly by using a bookmark.
Bookmarks save the URL information and automatically
connect to the website.
1.
In the Sprint PCS Wireless Web screen, tap the Bookmark
icon .
2.
Tap the name of the desired bookmark. The Service
Connection Progress screen is displayed.
Bookmarks
The browser application has the ability to save bookmarks that
reference your favorite websites. By using a bookmark, you
avoid having to enter the long URL in the Open URL dialog
box. The bookmark automatically takes you to the website.
Adding a Bookmark
1.
Navigate to the desired website using the Open URL dialog
box.

When the website is displayed, tap the “Mark” button.

If the page has a title, it is automatically entered as the
name of the bookmark. If not, or you would like a
different name, enter the name using Graffiti or the
onscreen keyboard in the space provided.
Note:
Not all pages can be bookmarked. An error message is
displayed when you can’t bookmark a desired website.
4.
Tap “Save” to save the bookmark. The bookmark is
automatically added to the bottom of the bookmark list.
Viewing your Bookmarks
1.
In the Sprint PCS Wireless Web screen, tap the Bookmark
icon .
