Phone Basics
To use Two-Touch Dialing for Speed Dial locations 10-99:
1. Press the first digit.
2. Press and hold the second digit for approximately two
seconds. The display confirms that the number has been
dialed when it shows the time and counter above the
name and number of the contact entry.
Using Plus (+) Code Dialing
When placing calls from the United States to other countries,
you can use Plus Code Dialing to automatically enter the
international access code (011).
To make a call using Plus Code Dialing:
1. Press and hold until a “+” sign displays on your
phone.
2. Dial the country code and phone number you’re calling
and press . (The access code for international dialing
will automatically be dialed, followed by the country
code and the phone number you entered.)
Note: Speed dialing is not available when you are roaming; when
you are roaming off the Nationwide Sprint PCS Network, you
must always dial using eleven digits (1 + area code + number).
Tip: Speed dialing entries are assigned by pressing Menu , 9 , 4 .
