If... Try one or more of the following
The computer does
not communicate
with the camera. ■ Visit www.kodak.com/go/c610support .
■ Turn on the camera (see page 2 ).
■ Install new batteries (see page 1 ) or charge rechargeable batteries.
■ Connect the USB cable to camera and computer port (see page 27 ).
■ Install the software (see page 26 ).
■ Disconnect the USB cable. Close all software applications. Re-install
the software (see
page 26 ).
■ Disconnect camera from the computer. Close all software applications,
reconnect camera.
Cannot transfer
pictures.
(The Add New
Hardware Wizard
cannot locate
drivers.) ■ Disconnect the USB cable. Close all open applications. Re-install the
software (see
page 26 ).
■ Disconnect the USB cable. Close all software applications. Re-install
