1 Screen tabs Each screen contains various functions that can be
specified. Touch a tab to display the corresponding
screen.
2 Message display The current copier status, operating instructions,
warnings/precautions, and other data including the
number of copies selected are displayed here.
3 Available functions and
settings Selecting a screen displays various functions that can
be specified. Touch the button for a function to display
the corresponding settings.
4 Selected settings The current settings are shown with graphics.
5 Additional message
display • The status of the job is shown with graphics.
• The remaining amount of memory and graphics
warning about empty toner or an empty paper drawer
are displayed here.
