Setting for Group Dialling
To program multiple destinations on a Program key, follow the steps below.

For instructions on how to edit pre-programmed station, refer to Editing Address Book (see page 177).
z
For instructions on how to delete pre-programmed station, refer to Deleting a Destination from Address
Book (see page 178).
z
For instructions on how to print the program list, refer to Printing the Program List (see page 188).

To program multiple destinations, each destination must be programmed in advance.

Press the Function key.

Select “Fax/Email Settings”.

Select “01 Program Keys”.

Select “01 Group Dial”.

Enter a group dialling name, and then
select “OK”.
z
Enter a name up to 15 characters.
z

Enter Key Name, and then select
“OK”.
