Searching for Destinations
Search through the Address Book (Local Search)
The
Email Address
of a remote station programmed in the address book can be searched by its
entry name
.

Follow the step 1 and 2 on page 106.

Select “Search”.

Enter the character string you want to
search for.

For instructions on using the onscreen
keyboard, refer to Before Starting in the
Operating Instructions (For Function
Parameters) on the provided CD-ROM.
The Email Addresses that match the character
string are displayed.

Select the destination to which you
want to send to, and then select “OK”.
z
Select or to scroll through the search
results.

Press the Start key.
The original(s) are stored into memory with a
file number. Then starts email transmission.
