Parts of XENA Alarmed Disc-Lock

The Locking System

• Insert the key in the lock and rotate clockwise. The lock barrel will spring open.
• Slide the unit on to your motorcycle’s front or rear brake disc.
• Locate a hole in the brake disc that will allow the locking pin to pass through.
• Push the lock barrel down to insert the locking pin.
• For double-locking locks, turn the key counter-clockwise to lock; for push-down

locks, simply push until the barrel clicks in place.

1. Thickness of brake-disc: Standard issue on virtually all

motorcycle models at just under 7mm (1/4”)

2. Locking-pin size: from 7mm (1/4”) to 14mm (1/2”) (according

to XENA model).

3. Distance from locking-pin to back of disc-slot*: from 42mm

(1 5/8”) to 65mm (2 1/2”) (according to XENA model).

*Note that the locking pin can pass through ANY hole on

the brake disc (see dark area on diagram).
