Monitoring S-VOL path information
You can view path information for the S-VOL.
1.
In RWC, click Actions > Local Replications > BC/SS > Pair Operation.
2. In the Pair Operation window, select a pair in the Volume list, right-click and select S-VOL
Path.

3. In the S-VOL Path dialog box, check S-VOL information as desired. The following table shows
descriptions of the items in the S-VOL Path dialog box.

Path information for the selected pairs. P-VOL and S-VOL volumes are shown in the
AAA-BB-CCC(XX:YY:ZZ) format. Pair Information box
• AAA: Port ID (cluster name and channel number)
•
BB: Group number (GID) of host group
•
CCC: LU number
• XX:YY:ZZ: LDKC number:CU number: LDEV number
Path information for the S-VOLs selected in the Pair Information box. S-VOL Path Information box
• Port: The port ID
•
GID: The group number of host group
•
LUN: LU number
Closes the S-VOL Path dialog box. Close
