The minimum number of alphabetical upper case characters that should be
used for this password. Uppercase Characters (A-Z)
Values: 0 to 255
Default: 0
The minimum number of alphabetical lower case characters that should be
used for this password. Lowercase Characters (a-z)
Values: 0 to 255
