1020 Battery pack
For access, remove this FRU:
• “1010 Keyboard” on page 34

Unlock the manual battery latch . Holding the spring-loaded battery latch in
the unlocked position , remove the battery pack in the direction shown by the
arrow .
Remove eight screws .

M2.5 × 5 mm, flat-head, nylok-coated (8) Black 1.7 ~ 2.0 kgfcm

• Only use the battery specified in the parts list for your computer. Any
other battery could ignite or explode.
