Editing a Speed Dial Number

Click beside the machine icon, and then click “Speed Dial”.

From the list that is displayed, double-click the speed dial number to be
edited.

If a programmed speed dial number is selected, the information
can be changed.

When editing the information, the “Cut”, “Copy”, “Paste” and
“Delete” commands on the “Edit” menu can be selected.
Programming a Group Dial Number

Click beside the machine icon, and then click “Group”.

From the list that is displayed, double-click the group dial number to be
programmed.

A maximum of 9 group dial numbers can be programmed.
