KIP Cloud Apps
Introduction
KIP Cloud Printing is an email printing and scanning utility compatible with any web browser and
email client. Cloud / driverless printing allows users to select and send single or multiple files to all
KIP systems connected to the local network or internet direct from their available E-mail. Users
may also use KIP Color Advanced to scan to print or scan to Mailbox queue to any connected
KIP printer.
The ability to produce large prints using nothing more than an email with
attachments and a few key words helps keep mobile clients on the go to stay productive.

System Requirements
KIP Web Apps require the following:
• Connection to email server (internet or intranet)
• Valid email address and credentials from email provider
• KIP IPS based printer (700m, 7100, 7700, 7900, 9900)
• IPS version 7.2.280 or higher
