Printing Distribution Numbers (“Set Numbering” Function)
Distribution numbers can be printed on all pages of the document.
Settings can be specified for the following.
The following settings can be selected as the pages to be printed on.
To specify the “Set Numbering” function

Touch [Set Numbering].

Under “Start Number”, use the keypad to specify the starting number.
Item Description
Start Number Specify the starting distribution number.
Text Density Select the print density of the distribution numbers.
Pages Specify the pages to be printed on.
Change Size Select the text size for the distribution numbers.
Setting Description
Cover Only The distribution number is printed only on the cover page.
All Pages The distribution number is printed on all pages.
