Changing the destination level (Apply Levels/Groups to Destinations)

Apply Levels/Groups to Destinations

This function is used for information security to specify specific destination information so that only a specific
person can access. It can be used in conjunction with user authentication and information on the destination
level that matches the specified user level can be accessed.

The [Apply Levels/Groups to Destinations] in [One-Touch/User Box Registration] levels can be changed
within the level permitted in the [Apply Levels/Groups to Destinations] in [User Authentication/Account Track].

Note

Level settings can be set from "Level 0 (Low)" - "Level 5 (High)" and can be changed only to Level 0,
Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 for users who are permitted up to Level 3.

Changing destination levels

Press [Utility/Counter] key to display the Utility mode screen.

Touch [One-Touch/User Box Registration].

In the Utility mode, the number displayed on button can be entered and selected on the keypad. For
[One-Touch/User Box Registration], enter [1] on the keypad.

[One-Touch/User Box Registration] cannot be registered or changed when [Registering and
Changing Addresses] is set to [Restrict] in the Utility mode. Contact the administrator to register or
change the [One-Touch/User Box Registration].
