Setting the initial state of Fax/Scan screen (Scan/Fax Settings)

Initial Fax/Scan screen settings are specified. The selected item here is displayed as initial value.

Default Tab: Address Search (LDAP)/Job History/Address Book*/Input Address

Initial values of destination column display of Fax/Scan screen are set.

Program Default: Temporary One-Touch/PAGE 1*- PAGE 34

Initial values of page display of Fax/Scan program calling screen are set.

Address Book Index Default: Favorite (often used destinations)*/A - etc

When [Address Book] tab is the search characters, initial value of display is set.

Shortcut key 1, Shortcut key 2: ON/OFF*

Set whether to display the buttons that are often used on the bottom of Fax/Scan screen and on the
right side of the display of available memory.

Display the User Settings screen as described in "Displaying User Settings screen" on page 10-2.

Touch [Custom Display Settings].

Some items may not be displayed according to setting options.

In the Utility mode, the number displayed on button can be entered and selected with the keypad.
In case of [Custom Display Settings], enter [2] with the keypad.
