Broadcast Report

Broadcast Report is printed automatically when sequential broadcast transmission is completed.

ON/OFF can be set in [Sequential TX Report] of the Utility mode. Report output timing (all destination
batches/each destination) can be specified in [Broadcast Result Report].

Destination: Any of the following is described.

Name registered with the destination in the Address Book or in the program

-

Recipient’s telephone number

Start Time: Describes the start time of the communication.

Time: Describes the time required for communication.

Prints:
Describes the number of sheets sent. The sent pages and the total number of pages are described in
fractional format.

Result:

Note: One of the following is described.

OK:

Described when communication is terminated normally.

S-OK:

Described when communication has stopped.

PW-OFF:

Described when operation power switch was turned OFF during communication.

TEL:

Described when there is telephone call.

NG:

Described when there is communication error.

Cont:

Described when there is a transmission error and that there is transition to resend
wait mode (Error page redial).

No Ans:

Described when there is no response from the recipient.

Busy:

Described when communication is not possible as the recipient’s line is busy.

M-Full:

Described when it is not possible to receive a fax when the fax file memory becomes
full during reception.
